You must be a member of the club to submit to the gallery.

*PhotographersClub gives a theme for submissions. The deviation you submit must be your own interpretation of the theme. (Note: The themes for the gallery are not Contests! Those are held seperately.)

Send us a note with the title "Submission (Theme Name/Contest Name/Freestyle Day)". For example, if the theme is "Looking Up" then the note title will be "Submission (Looking Up)", or for Freestyle day it will be "Submission (Freestyle Day)".

Include either the link to the deviation or the thumb for the piece you want to submit in the note.

We only accept deviations which belong under the Photography Category. This means NO photomanipulations!

Each member may submit one, and only 1, deviation per theme/contest/freestyleday.

Make sure you enable journal notifications from us to find out what theme we've got and when they open/close. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!

Submissions are only accepted once the journal announcing the theme open has been posted, and are no longer accepted once the journal closing the theme has been posted. Any submissions recieved before or after these times will be deleted.

Also, look out for our "Freestyle Day". (After every theme, we will have a day called "Freestyle Day" where members do not have to submit according to the theme. That day, you can submit any photograph you want. )

Contests are held every once in a while. Themes are NOT contests! When we have a contest the journal will clearly lable it as such.



Please remember not to fave the clubs submissions, but the follow the link to the original deviation in the artist comments and fave the piece there! We want the creator to receive the credit!
